I have made a decision

I have started a social networking site at http://ontariorealestate.ning.com/

It will be through this network that I will continue in my attempt to donate $100,000 to charities each year.

This alternative gives me freedom. Rather than fight with Re/Max in an attempt to donate money to breast cancer research, I can take this network with me anywhere, to any broker and donate the money to the charities that are important to you.

So join up.

What Am I To Do

I think it is safe to assume that my calls to corporate will not be returned and my emails will remain unanswered. I guess if I were a large corporation with all the chips then I might play my hand the same way, but I would still be respectful of the other people sitting at the table. Whatever.

I still pledge to donate $250 to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation if you let me help you find a Realtor. I still have www.soldonacure.ca active and have not directed it to Re/Max, as requested. The only thing that I have not done is to market it, which kind of sucks. When I think about how much money that could have been donated to fight breast cancer I get angry.

What is so special about this trademark? Does this make sense to anyone? I just don't get it and neither does anyone I have spoken to. I have 173 members in my facebook group without asking for anyone to join. This is a good and noble cause and people want to participate. I thank you for being here and apologize that it is not living up to any of our expectations.

So what do you say? Should I fight cancer by fighting this injunction or should I choose a new battle. Let me know.
